Uyi Osayimwense, Co-Founder & CEO

Uyi is an expert in Business Development and Research. He has outstanding experience developing unique Start-ups from their formative stages and transforming them into spectacular success stories. An ideator per excellence with a strong bias for design thinking, he is known to always bring an innovative perspective to his engagements.

He studied Economics and Business Administration at Western Maryland College and University of Hertfordshire.

Osazuwa Osayi, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

As a Serial Entrepreneur with a nack for Social Innovation & Private Sector Development, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the tech, healthcare and agribusiness sectors. Previously, he worked as a researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands focused on the design of enabling technologies and methods for applications of smart sensor systems and wearable devices. He also worked as a Systems Architect with Xsens Technologies re-innovating 3D motion tracking technology products. More recently, he was been deeply involved in healthcare consulting in rural and emerging markets for GE Healthcare and Empower Energy Group USA.

Osazuwa currently serves in various capacities such as:

  • Board Member and Director of Tunnel Lab, a Silicon Valley based technology training lab focused on emerging and low income markets. 

  • President of Ntradex, an African focused social investment firm helping small businesses improve operations and achieve scale by giving them access to finance.

  • Senior Partner at Crimson Strande, a customer service training and management consulting firm with activities across West Africa.

  • Ambassador and Leadership Council member for the Clinton Foundation's 20/30 group which comprises of future leaders in their 20's and 30's with a passion for collective impact to build a better world by, for and in 2030.

Osazuwa holds a Bsc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands and a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco. He also took extensive courses in Economics at Harvard University in Boston, USA.

Julia Moura, Social Impact Director

Julia became involved with rural Kenya after working as a business consultant for GE healthcare Africa in 2013. She has been working in the international development sector since 2010 handling operations and acting as a conflict negotiator for an NGO based inside slums in Rio. She cames from an advertising background having worked for marketing, design and event planning offices in Brazil.

She is holds a Masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, USA. She was based in Frankfurt, Germany until recently working as a Social Business Consultant for Nobel Peace Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus at his NGO, Yunus Social Business. 

She divides her time between working as the Executive Director at Tunnel Lab, a Silicon Valley based non profit technology training lab focused on low and emerging markets and as a Social Impact Director at FarmForte.
